Dr. Kate Kalmykov

Dr. Kalmykov is the head of the EB-5 program of Greenberg Traurig, the seventh largest law firm in the U.S. Thus, she has many experiences in investments & immigration visas. She regularly works with developers in numerous industries, as well as private equity funds on developing new projects that qualify for EB-5 investments. For existing Regional Centers, Dr. Kate regularly helps to prepare amendment filings, file exemplar petitions, to address removal of conditional issues and to ensure that they develop an internal program for ongoing compliance with applicable immigration regulations and guidance. Being an expert as such, she has been invited as guest speaker in immigration conferences. In addition, she has contributed many charity and community activities and being guest speaker of various immigration seminars. She has been chosen The Young Leader of the Bar of the U.S.
